1. General Policy on Cancellations and Refunds
Once your registration is confirmed, cancellations and refunds are generally not accepted.
Please ensure that you carefully review the course details, schedule, and terms before completing your registration or purchase.
2. Exceptions to the Refund Policy
Refunds may be granted under the following exceptional circumstances, subject to verification:

- ・A payment error prevented the service from being provided

3. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a globally trusted payment service.
After completing your purchase, please check the confirmation email sent from Stripe.
If you encounter any issues, feel free to reach out to us or directly to Stripe Support.
4. Additional Notes
■ Refund Request Deadline
If you are eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of the payment date.
Requests submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for a refund.
■ Currency Exchange and Fees
All refunds are processed in Japanese Yen (JPY).
Any differences caused by exchange rates or transaction fees (e.g., those imposed by Stripe) are not eligible for refund.
■ Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3 to 10 business days.
